For me it was a customer that bought a cell phone from my store. I mentioned I used to work at a mall and they recognized the name and mentioned they had bought a phone there once while traveling overseas.
Kind of just took off from that point. It’s not like we had a deep connection or anything.

You’d be surprised how small of a world it is. I’ve bumped into people online I’ve met IRL previously just by exchanging comments like this.
