  • Idk how it is for other industries, but we Software Engineers usually get a system where the ranks are Junior, Regular and Senior.

Junior is the Entry level position, I’ve never seen a company around here be super unreasonable with the requirements. The max they ask for is some personal experience with some specific tech stacks and general willingness to learn new stuff. They know it’s silly to ask for any work experience at that level and know that any hire will need quite a lot of support.

  • It might be a regional thing? I live in a Town known for its Technical University, so most of the people on Tinder are socially awkward and tech literate 18-25 y/os who either don’t like going to noisy places like bars, clubs etc. or just prefer texting first before committing time to a date (free time is kind of hard to make as a student here).

My own reason was more on the autistic side, as I do NOT recognize flirting unless it is specifically stated. So having an app where both parties can state “hey, we’re talking with romantic intentions here!!” was the best solution ever haha (I met my husband within 30mins of installing the app 🤷)

  • I’m not very knowledgeable on Inverters, they don’t come up much in the legal material I juggle around at work lol

Balcony Units have them built in as far as I know. The only big regulation when it comes to wiring is that anyone who has solar needs their Electricity Counter replaced with a bidirectional “Smart Meter”, because classical Counters can’t really count down when you feed into the Grid. I’m guessing that the Smart Meters themselves would have some sort of safety mechanism to prevent wildly miswired connections.

I think there was some sort of requirement to at least have an electrician check the solar setup before it gets connected too, but German law in most parts is “If you decide not to hire a licensed professional, then anything that happens is your own fault”.
