A secret tunnel with a train bricked up in it.
It’s a part of the software, which is a classified black box only the US sees into.
More mundanely, because the US has bases and shipyards on both coasts.
US Warships already have access. About 40 passages per year.
Wars are slow
Their PM is a literal fascist. They’re Musk’s peeps.
Conventions are conveniences. There is no law against a seatless PM. The overriding requirement (again for practical conveniences sake) is that the PM command the confidence of a majority of the house. As it is more damaging to the conduct of business to have a non-functioning Commons than it is to have a non-member PM, the latter is preferable. By convention the PM then seeks election to a seat either by general or by-election.

No he hadn’t. Because people who have been disappeared are never seen or heard from again. It’s like claiming someone was murdered, but later recovered.
Being disappeared means one day someone vanishes. No-one knows where they are, what happened to them, or who is responsible. This is not that.
Which is shitty, but not near the level of being disappeared.
Still hasn’t happened. This was a sales pitch for a Canadian defence contract.
Sometimes whole days go by where I don’t have to spend hours fixing a software issue in terminal before I can do my 5 min job.
People’s whereabouts being uncertain just after detention is simply standard bureaucracy. It certainly doesn’t rise to the level of being disappeared.
Nope
