Our supreme court decided that money is speech, which is why we now have things called political action committees (PACs) which aren’t supposed to work with campaigns *wink wink, nudge nudge* and can raise unlimited funds from anyone anywhere in the world legally. Unsurprisingly, Trump’s PAC has been paying his legal bills.
speech should not be illegal, everyone should be free to say what they want. If you don’t like what someone is saying don’t fucking vote for them. Protest against israel are already illegal in many countries, that’s what not having free speech brings you.
