The store is demanding that its union turn over some of its merchandise and profits because the merchandise was too similar to the brand’s logo.

What an absolute petty and dogshit move. The logos couldn’t possibly be confused.

If Trader Joe’s is worried about its corporate image, it wouldn’t do this. This is going to make a lot of people not want to shop there.
