The answer is in the question bud. Republicans have a pretty slim majority, those few who keep siding with Democrats are the ones preventing the rest of the R’s from getting anything done

The ones holding up the process aren’t really siding with Democrats, they’re just against theit own party’s nominees for various reasons. It’s an important distinction.

It may not be your intention, but this comment feels like it’s blaming Democrats for not going along when Republicans have the majority and keep failing to put someone up that they can all agree on. Several Republicans have been pushing the narrative that Democrats are to blame for their own party’s disfunction.

That’s absolutely not what I said. My point is that R’s should know the Dems aren’t going to go along with what they want and should do a better job presenting a unified front. You’d think these idiots would know that there’s got to be some some give and take, especially when the Senate and Presidency are controlled by the Dems.

And yeah, to be fair, there are some R’s that are causing problems because they see the rest of the caucus as not conservative enough, but there are also those moderate R’s causing problems because they see the rest of the caucus as too conservative

If by “too conservative” you mean “MAGA cultists”, then we agree
