Just wanted to check in if others have this problem too. I can neither use the online translation, nor can I download languages for local use.
Everything works in Firefox, so I’m not sure what about Librewolf can be the reason for this.

I have the same problem. I also tried installing the languages in troubleshoot mode but I got the same message.
It seems like it doesn’t even try to connect, the message appears instantly when I click on install.
No problem with Firefox.
Can’t confirm. Can download language files and translate sentences & webpages.
