    Does a piece of paper with a drawing of a horned, winged creature count as a toy?

      Since it’s silver-border it falls under silver-border judging rules, which states “C’mon, friend, you know what a toy is, don’t be a cheese”

      Magic cards are toys so just print a bunch of proxies with winged unicorns. A 4 mana commander that makes a 2/2 flying scry 2 every turn sounds pretty fair to me.
