I don’t think that it’s the case here. The bf talks about inane babble and implies that OP has the intelligence of a 4yo, that makes more sense if the narrator is a virtual gf bot than for a real and autistic human.
The 4chan board is probably robot9000, or r9k. It’s common on that board to refer to posters as “robots” instead of “anons”, “fembot” is their equivalent of “femanon”.
In 4chan parlance that just means she’s calling herself autistic. Which in 4chan world may or may not be literal
