    TNG’s “Thine Own Self” comes to mind - I guess because it has some similarities to “Human Nature”/“The Family of Blood”.

    Also…dare I suggest that “Move Along Home” has a certain Whovian energy to it?

      “Move Along Home” would work so much better as a Doctor Who episode. Has a kind of absurdity that is perfect for Who, but stands out in a bad way in Trek.

        I have thought ‘Move Along Home’ was great since first broadcast.

        DS9 hadn’t yet locked into its eventual tone, but I hold to my view that it’s an episode that wouldn’t have raised the ire of the ‘Dignity of Trek’ on just about any of the other shows in the franchise.
