But this isn’t as profitable as locking up addicts and forcing them to do slave labor.

Legalize all drugs, regulate the supply, give out free heroin and meth in a hospital setting with FREE help available for those who are ready to heal.
But this isn’t as profitable as locking up addicts and forcing them to do slave labor.
