  • I love how most major US companies commit crimes against humanity and that’s considered very normal and business as usual but whenever Saudi Arabia diversifies its funds it’s suddenly the most horrifying inhumane maniacal evil thing imaginable and we get 500 articles reiterating that. They spent money on football? They’re sportswashing us! It’s all a conspiracy!!!

Meanwhile many US companies run on child slavery, others like Nestle extort precious materials from Africa and intentionally de-stabalize countries there, many western countries such as US support genocide in Israel and so on. But that’s just business as usual, can we PLEASE focus on Saudi Arabia’s spending on sports?!?!?

  • I think my problem is less the size of the game and more the user experience when it comes to these games. I love Elden Ring and Tears of the Kingdom even though they’re considered kind of overwhelmingly big, but I’ve enjoyed exploring it and having fun with it since it just drops you into the game and eases you into it.

Meanwhile, something like Skyrim and other RPGs makes me roll my eyes a little at the amount of things and markers you’re supposed to be looking at. I hate entering a new town and getting lost and having to look for everything. I hate markers telling me I should look everywhere and finish 20 quests.
