Yeah, banking apps work. If you disable all the Google Play features some features might be wonky. You can also go to the app in settings and turn on Exploit protection compatability mode and that can solve most bugs.
That said, I don’t like the trackers on banking apps, even on a separate profile, so I just access them over my mobile web browser.

On the MacOS side, you can setup the VNC Server by just using the built in Screen Sharing tool. From your Pop!_OS install, you can connect using any VNC client (e.g. TightVNC, TigerVNC, Remmina). I drive all the Zoom Rooms for my org off Mac Minis and that’s how I access them.

I take it and dump it in the dumpster for my apartment building. The nice thing is that when you take the trash bag out of the equation, you can take it out as often as you want. If something extra smelly finds its way inside, there’s no hesitation to go dump it rather than holding out until you fill the bin
