4·5 months agoNeeded? Hmm, most folks don’t have a fan for it… But for me, I see good improvements on the battery and obviously heat. Keeps it around 120 F (49 C) vs 150F (66 C) + without the fan
For most it’s not daily drivable … I’m not that person but I went in with a very well tempered expectation… I am a prior owner of a openmoko free runner so… I know true pain.

rotating works, never have auto rotating on but just tried it, seems to work. but i use the pinephone keyboard, and its great.
you have to email them and ask for a password and explain their email to login doesn’t work for x client , but yes!
hmm not sure what client you’re on… but i put it in the tags - but it’s a pinephone pro :)

It can be! Just needs a USB a to USB c adapter… Not sure impact on battery as I generally only need it when I’m not suspended on a charger
@iturnedintoanewt most things work, but there are still some wonkiness with the modem and battery life. that said… not holding me back. I carry it everywhere to a point if friends see me without it, they’ll joke ‘where’s your ds??’
