Xenogears is one of my all time favorites.
I grew up playing BG1 and 2 and have replayed them as an adult. However, I just can’t get into planescape for some reason.

Comment of the year.
My high school basket ball coach who taught AP US history as a side gig.
I don’t know if this helps but, I’ve kind of just become comfortable with things being awkward. If I have a serious conversation coming up or whatever, I just change my expectations about what’s going to happen. I will be misunderstood. I will not be able to express my thoughts exactly with the English language. I will over explain. I will ask a dumb question that “should” know the answer to. I probably won’t use someone’s name, even though I know for a fact what their name is (my brain gets in a loop of “what I get their name wrong after all this time, I’ll look like such an asshole”).
I don’t even feel like I accurately expressed what I’m feeling with this post. And I’ve read and changed it a couple of times trying to.
Hope that helps.
The only note taking app you’ll ever need, again.
It’s hot AF is Texas. What’s with all the layers he’s wearing.
Jokes on them, I never register products with the manufacturer.
I second this. I also didn’t know this community existed and am very much not focused on suits. The days when I’m on a job site, I’m appropriately dressed, composite toe boots, high vis vest, hard hat, etc. on the days I work from home or on the weekends I look absolutely homeless. I wouldn’t mind some fashion discussion around everyday wear. “Street Wear” or “Drip” as the kids say.
And a dashing smile.
This is the way. Some things you have control over and some things you don’t. Don’t waste your limited life sitting in your house being mad about who the president is. Raise your kids to be good people. Try to find a job that lines up with your personal philosophy. Find a local community and be helpful there.
Question one: way over my pay grade. I’m closer to a CCNA than a software developer.
Question two: flipping breakers on and off is really the best way to figure out how your house is wired. It is MUCH easier if you have someone who can help you. Lights will be easy and obvious. Things like wall receps will take some time. Especially if you have an older house where past owners have made modifications. There are circuit tracers for this but they don’t work that well. You’re better off using a voltage tester or outlet tester that will beep when it has power. Any breaker that is a double or two pole breaker will have a specific purpose. If it’s 40 amps there’s a good chance it’s an electric oven or drier, if it’s 60 amps it almost certainly your HVAC.
I know all that. I’m leading the initiative to convert all the sites my company operates to 100% solar power. Before that I led the initiative to convert to all LED lighting. I’m doing what I can, it just feels like I’m shooting a squirt gun at the sun when I read stuff like this.
It’s so depressing reading headlines like this and having no power to affect the outcome.
Does anyone have any IT or electrical questions I can help with?
Cure for this: start singing “Jessie’s Girl” by Rick Springfield. Works every time.

My gaming journey has involved extensive exploration of Bethesda’s worlds, with several hundred hours in Skyrim and over a hundred in Fallout 4. Currently, I’m immersed in the rich experiences of Baldur’s Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077, with Baldur’s Gate 3 standing out as a remarkable masterpiece. Despite the enticing 30% discount on Starfield, the average reviews it has received haven’t piqued my interest. When juxtaposed with the intricate and thoughtful design of Baldur’s Gate 3, Starfield doesn’t quite seem to live up to the expectations of a AAA title. Moreover, as time is a scarce commodity in my life as an adult and parent, I find it impractical to dedicate what little gaming time I have to Starfield, especially considering the other compelling options available in the gaming market.
I’m surprised it’s not in the 90’s. Mobile games are garbage.
Emailing aside, how did the horse get into that position? Is he walking through a horse tunnel?
I don’t understand. I went to the Texas state fair last year. They were turning people away at the gate for having folding pocket knives or even Swiss Army knives. There where metal detectors and they where searching bags for weapons of any kind. Who is being banned from carrying guns inside the fair? The police?
