Wir könnten sie ja Menschen geben, die nicht so viel haben. Ich finde aber, das würde dem Leistungsprinzip widersprechen und dann würde ja keiner mehr arbeiten gehen.

Ist eigentlich mehr Routine als Zeit.
Ich frühstücke eigentlich immer dasselbe, Joghurt mit Müsli. Dafür hab ich so einen kleinen Becher mit Müslifach, das mische ich mir abends an, kostet etwa 3 Minuten.
Ich koche 1-2 mal in der Woche für mich allein eine größere Menge, d.h. ich habe von 3 Bürotagen (Di-Do) an mindestens 2 was dabei. Das kostet mich auch 3 Minuten, da ich ja eh koche muss ichs nur einpacken.
Ich fahr mit dem Rad ins Büro und bereite mir Frühstück und Mittag abends vor. Wenn ich das Mittagessen mal nicht schaffe, gibst ein belegtes Brötchen für 4-5€.
Ich hab zwar Verschleiß mit dem Rad, aber Strom und Gas werden für mich im Home Office bei weitem teurer sein, vor allem im Winter.
