I’ve seen a ton of response across lemmy like this. People are just primed to get hostile/argumentative for no reason and, as in this case, because they completely failed to comprehend the original post.

If you can frame every guess so that it can only ever have a binary A/B answer, troubleshooting and guessing are pretty much identical.
Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 DAC, then any decent studio headphones, I use a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-m50x’s. I use a separate mic connected with an xlr cable to the dac. I could never go back to a combined “gaming” headset.
In the US nobody really mentions their salary as an after tax amount, it’s almost always give as the pre-tax, pre-deduction amount.
Bro my syrup doesn’t need lore.
All most apps like these are is a wrapper around API calls anyway. I’ll keep using my iPhone and just self host whatever replacement gets released.
Worst case I can just spin up an Android qemu vm on my real computer, and let my pocket computer just make phone calls, send messages, and shit post on the internet as nature intended.
That fucking zebra bro.
Ah see that’s where you’re mistaken. The concentrated hit of flavor juice was like kiddie crack.
Edit - you said you opened them like three times with your teeth then only used scissors from then on, so I assumed you hurt yourself during the opening process.
The issue wasn’t opening them initially, the issue was with the flat edges on the sides where the two sides were fused together, and along which the layer of connected popsicles were connected. You put the popsicle in your mouth and it felt like you were slicing the corners of you mouth with a razor blade.
Maybe you had a really large mouth as a child? Idk. Now I’m wondering how you hurt yourself with these things lol.
Yeah I’m almost positive it’s a pair of boots.

Saw this article posted somewhere yesterday, and someone there commented that the sword on display is a reproduction. The original sword is in a museum or something.
I mean humans didn’t just spontaneously develop the ability to climb mountains 500 years ago or something.
Classic food poisoning. Wasn’t sick at all, just a touch of improved ability for the heart muscle to use glucose as a fuel.

Yes it’s sarcastic, you’ve got to be fucking kidding me bro. I don’t even really understand why this was recycled at the beginning of the Vanity Fair interview, which the OP didn’t link straight to for some unknown reason, because it’s from an interview he did on a talk show back in TWENTY FUCKING SEVENTEEN.

I found that after not even 15 seconds on google. Like I typed in “Kevin Bacon disguise interview”, did two top to bottom screen swipes, and saw the YouTube thumbnail. You have no excuse for acting this indignant about shit when information is as easy to look up as it is in 2024.
Also bro quoting yourself comes across as a tad unhinged.
This looks like this guy is being force fed a spoon full of mdma rocks and I want to be committed to this specific nursing home when I’m old.
You’ve really got a chip on your shoulder there huh?
I’d say an inability to recognize sarcasm, leading someone to take statements obviously said with tongue firmly in cheek at face value, is also worse.
400 feet is 133 yards. When I had to do rifle qual courses of fire we started at 200 yards and finished at 500 yards. I did this mostly on irons, and a couple years at the end with an RCO. Missing at 133 yards is pretty shit, although being able to get that close to someone under secret service protection is impressive I guess.
