A doctor has a reasonal interest in your occupation. For office workers they’ll know to expect back issues and may nudge you towards preventive measures, for instance.

When I was the last one leaving the flat for a while, I put a post-it on the door, not only specifying what I needed to pack (I’ve had that down for years), but also for things to check (open window, balcony). I always checked those things, anyway, but checking (and affirming) that I checked gave me peace of mind.
Why do they ask for that information anyway? So they know to capture you alive when you got a job that’s in demand in the destination country? Or do they hope to catch terrorists by fishing for ‘bomb builder’?

Mal so ’ne Idee aus’m Ärmel. Wie wär’s wenn wir nicht an jede einzelne Kreuzung Schilder für jede Straße hängen, sondern ein Schild, wo das nächste Klo ist?
Preise überinflationär erhöhen und gleichzeitig weniger Leute einstellen.
