Does anyone actually have the tools to fix capitalism from stealing from the poor and making a few billionaires even richer?

With this sort of reasonable and logical take, you know the luddites are going to hate it.
They just want to be upset. The beautiful thing is they’re going to stay upset because they’re too inept to do anything about it.

161·2 个月前Many corporations simply see customer support as a department that generates 0 revenue and costs them money.
They try to bring those costs down by off-shoring support, using AI, simply not having support, etc. These companies trade the good will of customers, the livelihoods of their employees, and the larger economy all for their short term greed. Line must go up this quarter.
Recruiters consistently use bad practices like this and use AI to search for keywords.
Then they get upset when candidates use AI to apply for jobs.
