Same here. Dope music though
If crash tests results were the main reasons for people to buy these shitty pavement princesses, Volvo would have buried the rest of the industry decades ago.
I think a big part of that is that it’s exactly as shitty as you’d expect everytime. That’s some impressive consistency for a beverage that is sold worldwide, and in huge quantities
It’s up to Turkey. But according to international treaties they can absolutely forbid them from leaving, iirc
A glyph (/ɡlɪf/ GLIF) is any kind of purposeful mark. In typography, a glyph is "the specific shape, design, or representation of a character".

I guess it could be construed as racist when it’s literally “master/slave”. But I have never seen it as a normalization of slavery because there usually is no value attached to the terms, it’s just describing the relation between them. And I don’t think acknowledging that a slave generally doesn’t have much say in doing what their master tells them is racist in itself or endorsing/normalizing slavery.
But also, I am white, and there are other terms we can use that can describe this kind of relation just fine, so, whatever. I just get mildly annoyed when some stuff that was working perfectly fine gets deprecated just to change these terms and I have to adapt to it.
I was so proud to know this obscure word off the top of my head (I’m not even sure I know it in my native language) I just had to post 😂
Yeah, in retrospect, it appears this exchange whooshed right over my head.
Sympa l’article. Par contre Refused c’est clairement du punk, ou alors ils ont un homographe que je connais pas
Bruh English is not even my first language and I started really understanding RATM’s lyrics near the end of highschool, without having to ever read them because I was too lazy cool for that. I do have pretty good English comprehension skills but I’m sure the average native speaker does better than me
“just work 8 jobs at the same time lol” this guy, probably

It’s basically a cameo, he appears for like 3 panels at most. The group knocks at the dungeon’s door and he’s the one who greets them.
That’s gotta be Herbert then. Which fits because I think this excerpt might be from issue #1 of the Zenith series. But technically, in the universe’s chronology he does appear once before that moment (in the Monsters issue about Jean-Jean I think)… But it was also released after/during the Zenith run in the real world iirc.
Donjon mentioned ! I had no idea this comic was even known outside of french speaking communities. I don’t remember who appears there though. My first guess is Guillaume de la Cour I missed the part about these being the first appearance of a character. So it’s not Guillaume de la Cour
Found the Rimworld player
Meh. Imo anyone comparing an integer to a float and not expecting one of them to be implicitly casted to the other’s type will create that issue for themselves when doing the same thing with an explicit cast.
