Really wearing that inspiration on the shoulder, aren’t we?

Enemies taking turns attacking you has been used in a huge variety of games in order to make the game feel fair or balanced to the player. Otherwise you end up with situations where the player gets stun locked in an animation or one shot killed, unable to engage in the combat at all, and many people do not find that fun and call it artificial difficulty. This can happen in any game, but is visible in games like Monster Hunter or Dark Souls where the player is attacked by multiple enemies at once.
Strange indeed.
So like Lucky Star but stuff actually happens?
I haven’t watched it because this is my question as well. For the first time this might be the anime where I would explicitly search for the censored version if I did decide to watch it, but considering the plot that I am aware of, it doesn’t make sense to me who this is designed for.
Overweight people probably won’t like it for obvious reasons. Average anime viewers probably won’t watch it because there are other anime with arguably better or interesting plots.
To me, this is a desperation show. This is the show I would expect the only person to watch it is either a person with a fat fetish, or a person who has already watched literally everything else.
For some reason I didn’t see this was an anime episode discussion and I thought this was a new thumbnail for a Ceres Fauna VOD.
Is this anime any good, that you can tell from episode 1? I get sometimes it can be hard to tell only from a single episode, but maybe I will check it out.
Probably because of the Blackstone purchase of that manga firm. Blackstone has enough money to make a lawsuit literally last forever, I am sure they probably also have many judges in their pocket. Anyone in a legal battle with them will be bankrupt long before the company even has to worry about finances.
Also, Blackstone is connected to BlackRock, and that has all sorts of awful implications for the future of the manga published by the firm now owned by Blackstone.
Dragon Quest doesn’t have a bad soundtrack, its just disappointing that there is literally only one battle theme. It repeats so often that I will be hearing it in my restless dreams.
It could impress seasoned RPG players, sometimes the most surprising things can be impressive. I found myself impressed with Zenless Zone Zero’s flashy and smooth feeling combat despite it literally being basically just mash one button and occasionally follow it up with a different button. Granted, I have only played for about 10 minutes, but still. I really ZZZs soundtrack and visual art design, its very clean and reminds me of a Jet Set Radio style aesthetic, but with 90s TVs instead of graffiti/skates. I kinda hate that I like it so much, because I am not sure on how the gameplay is going to all work out with more time into it.
This game on the other hand has a bit more of a zany aesthetic. I refer to this one as “Persona or SMT aesthetic, but in a Serif font.” Not exactly Times New Roman though, since that is very default. Its not bad, its just different.
This game has me interested. I just hope its combat has variety and doesn’t get super repetitive.
Started playing Dragon Quest 11 Definitive S whatever, and the combat having literally only one song is so repetitive that its getting difficult to still enjoy the combat, and I am only level 9.
Independence Day really was a good movie. Its too bad they don’t make movies like it anymore.
Don’t lie to your wife. Just say the truth, if she can’t handle it then you picked the wrong person to get married to.
It always baffled me that a game about African culture made by an African guy needed Sweet Baby Inc to tell him how to make the game.
Ah, thats right, the Saturn. That’s the one I was thinking of.
Wasnt there a game series for this on NEC PC-9800 computer systems in the 90s? It sounds quite familiar.
Different country, different economy, different work ethics and social values.
Aaaannnnddd its dead. Zero interest. Congratulations SEGA. I was a little bit exctied, and now I am not.
It’s important to note that Project Zomboid uses partial procedural generation, primarily to handle building interior furniture and loot spawning.
This is terrible.
Dino Crisis, was the world’s only game in the “Panic Horror” genre AFAIK. It was similar to a survival horror game but enemies were much faster and could follow you into different rooms if you left them alive. There were also a few other mechanics that made it different from Resident Evil, which was made by the same people.
Absolutely would recommend the first two games. Which are the ONLY Dino Crisis games. They never made another Dino Crisis game after 2.
It turns out that when you spend money to develop a game and then cancel it, the game doesn’t sell any copies and ends up with a negative financial impact on the company.
Someone should take notes. For science. And then fax those notes to someone else.
