I’m not into clubs/loud music but I do love casual pubs where you can get some good beer and decent food and just chat forever. Thats a good time for me.
well yeah. In this world that we live in money is freedom and if you don’t have it your options are severely limited. For those that don’t have it it getting it is the only thing that matters.
jobs, housing, cost of being alive… honestly what is there to be happy about? A lot of people did everything right, have good jobs and are responsible but most of these problems are completely outside their control, of course people are depressed. everything really is just shit.
I’ll always upvote dickbutt. Hello old friend.
dim sum and they have a clicky jaw
So this guy whose message has the economy as a large part of it has no idea what a halt is? what a clown.
Maybe it’s just being alive is bad for your health? I don’t even have kids and I’m terminally stressed out.
Octopus are pretty cool.

Apollo going down is the reason why I’m here on Lemmy. I loved that app as much as I hate ads and I refuse to compromise so I quit cold turkey and never looked back. I’ll do the same for youtube if they ever actually figure out how to combat ad blockers effectively for more than a few hours at a time.
Ya van is awesome.
yes. source: Torontonian. It is a cool city with lots to do and awesome food but the entire city is under construction and traffic is insane. Also rampant bike/scooter/car thefts and whatnot.
Thats pretty cool.
Can’t wait for the AI bubble to pop

that was only a month ago? I need to unplug.
I mean like top hats, eccentric goggles, steam-powered tech, what a comic book hot air balloon pilot might look like. You know it when you see it! also lots of goth! I only visited for a day.
I prefer RPG, interesting narratives and “experiences”. I also used to be really into multiplayer games like halo 3, MW2, battlefield 4/bad company2 and even rainbow 6 siege. Whats turned me off of all that is aggressive monetization and super competitive sweat fests. It feels like all the fun/soul in those “good oll’ days” games just isn’t there anymore. Peak fun for me was maxed out halo 3 custom games and they just don’t make them like that anymore.
