    They’re advertising intermittent fasting.

An actual food consumption model with nutritional science behind it. You can even find a lot of articles here on the Grad on how to set up a plan.

That’s a heavy stretch to stay that they’re telling people to starve. They’re essentially just saying “stop snacking whenever you feel hungry; you’re all obese”.

    Anyway. Fuck the Telegram.

Absolute rag of a new source, but what’s wrong with the article? They’re discussing how modern people are so used to feeling “full” that they keep constantly eating and snacking, which is usually on unhealthy items and is a sure fire recipe for weight gain, obesity, and a myriad of health issues.

They essentially just say that feeling hungry every once in a while isn’t a death sentence, and that you should just wait for your next meal. Along with recommending to stop gorging on chips, and to try intermittent fasting to help lose weight and avoid mindless snacking.

I feel like this is really stretching it to try and say that they’re telling people to starve.

  • As a resident Belarusian comrade (close enough I guess), that is basically almost always the case. They always chose some absolute ghoul, and because westerners don’t know the language or care enough to check the policies, no one double checks what those ghouls are saying.

In the example of Navalni, he is an ethnonationalist and “national purist”. He is literal scum. If Putin is reactionary, Navalni is a fascist.

Why was he popular? He watched Rick and Morty on Reddit. I shit you not.

  • Yeah, cookie cutter sharks were attracted to sonar arrays used on early US nuclear subs since the material mimicked the blubber of dolphins and whales they usually eat, and they kept taking large chunks off of the soft rubber sonar cone which ruined its effectiveness.

It caused millions of dollars of damages, and the IS navy thought the Soviets were using frogmen or some unknown weapon to mess with them. They only figured it out when they caught a cookie cutter in the act and changed the designed.

Ooo, those are very good choices! I’ve always loved the Greenland shark! The Cookie Cutter is also a very good comrade for laying waste to the US nuclear submarine fleet in the 50’s and 60’s.

I do have to say that Lemon sharks are quite loveable though. The puppies of the ocean, as they also evolved group cohesion brain structures, and by extension commonly become quite friendly and attached to humans.

  • Really? Even the worst housing blocks you can build are “shabby” Khrushchyovka buildings, and even they’re quite nice.

But yes, the level one and two roads and industrial buildings are pretty bad. Which makes sense as it’s shabby concrete, gravel, and dirt, with pretty neglected factories. Once you get good investment into your city and have a serious industrial sector going, you can get really nice firms, industrial plants, and factory yards.

The funny part is, most people can’t figure out the game and abandon it long before they reach that part.

The level one and two buildings aren’t to far out from what you’d see in a less important village or economically disadvantaged area in the Soviet Union. Not decrepit… but fairly shabby. Still better then US shantytowns and abandoned rural areas by an insane margin though.

  • Completely understandable. It’s the type of game you need to have 5 tabs open for, along with a game manual to properly understand.

It is more like a second job then a game. When you get past 500-1000 hours, you can consider yourself past the tutorial.

That is a slight joke though, it is EXTREMELY deep, and you NEED to be handheld for a few hours. You won’t be able to succeed if you don’t. It’ll help you get a grapple on the mechanics and what you need to do. It gets a lot more enjoyable when you know what you’re doing, and you don’t fail because you forgot to check a single variable in a tooltip in a tiny menu you didn’t open.
