I feel like risks permanent bodily harm is putting it lightly because pregnancy changes your body permanently even if everything goes “right” not to mention changes your brain permanently.

I used to hate Miley Cyrus’ music and her personality. Now I’m on board. I still don’t love her, but I don’t mind singing along when her music plays near me and I feel very neutral to even positive about her as a person. As far as child stars go she actually seems surprisingly normal and thoughtful.
Suggesting all women flee Everytime a law is passed that doesn’t work for us is short sighted. I’m not leaving my entire support system on the chance I get pregnant. First off, we’re trying to get the laws changed. We’re voting, and getting new abortion guidelines on the ballots. Second, yes, all women in my state should have a little vacation fund in case they want to visit the North in a hurry. A six week ban is ridiculous.
Not exactly. My coworker has been trying to sell his waterfront home for over a year. He keeps having to rehab it after flooding from storms and then right back on the market. No luck. Starting October 13th or something you have to start disclosing floods when selling, also.
But also we are getting extra storms? The average number of storms per season is up
Libraries also have movies and games!
Also a lot of libraries have other stuff you can check out! Tools, sewing machine, printer, photo scanner etc!
We scanned hundreds of old photos in minutes with the thousand dollar value equipment at our library totally for free! It was really cool! Ours has all kinds of equipment for converting old media to digital.
Plus these huge satellite maps of our city from the past, it’s like a 3.5’x3ft book of aerial photos. Idk what you’d need that for, but it was fun to look through them!
Did you Google this? They have cameras that look like phone chargers. Also, install a non hidden camera and a hidden one.
… Can it do domestic labor or just sex? I am a woman and frankly I’d be interested in a robot wife… I’ve got my husband for sex but we’re tired of cooking dinner and cleaning the house. We’d both like a wife.
Yeah, I’m 30 and I feel like I’ve never had the experience of being able to rely on a name brand consistently. Everything seems to fall apart. Sometimes you get something great, but when it comes time to replace it and you buy the exact same thing from the exact same company it comes at a much lower quality
That they were trying to train their toddler to sit at the table but having an issue because the toddler wants to give the dog the table food and the dog wants to get that food which knocks the toddler over because the toddler is just learning to sit at the table. They normally put the dog out no problem but the dog knows the toddler is at that table now so is extra motivated to be let back in. A short term thing, and they needed the toddler to be able to focus.
Seems like you mean we, not they
Don’t forget the destruction of third places, and the criminalization of unstructured and unsupervised play
Pretty sure you’re just naming another symptom that is correlated but not the cause of the depression. Likely the cause of the depression and the isolation is the destruction of third places and the opportunity for unsupervised and unstructured play. Kids spend all their time online because there’s nothing else for them to do. There’s nowhere to play outside, and even if there is, they’re not allowed to go there without adults micromanaging them.
Until there is a diet that has long term success for a majority of its users I don’t think this mindset is healthy or realistic.
“According to the latest weight-loss research, 95% of dieters end up regaining the weight they lost within two years. Calorie-restricting diets are often successful at helping people lose weight, but they’re very unsuccessful at helping people maintain that weight loss.” source
My neighbor texted me the one time they had their dog barking in the backyard for 10 min + with an explanation of why he was out there, and the offer to bring him back in if it was too noisy in our house. 10/10 great neighbor, and honestly made me not mind the barking at all
My tattoo hurt worse than a single bee sting of course, but idk about 27. My tattoo stopped hurting the second they stopped needleing me, but stings continue to irritate. add the facts if you’re not sure how many you’re going to get and when exactly they will occur, And idk if they’re comparable
Yeah, people definitely don’t understand that you can cut so much and bargain hunt the whole thing and still spend 15-20k. That’s a"cheap" wedding. The average in my area is 33k. That’s not because people are just spending frivolously and don’t budget, that’s because every single aspect of a wedding is expensive. Hell, tipping out the bar staff and photographer alone is expensive.
Skip it if you want, but even as a very frugal person, I’m very happy we had a huge party with lots of food and an open bar. It’s worth it to spend money on life rites. Life rites are like half the point of being human!
If you don’t care about celebrating with friends and family, don’t spend the money, but for us sharing the day with the people we love and merging our families was important.
I think it’s funny you used cheeseits as your example because that’s one of the few things I won’t buy generic of because they’re just different. Little cookies, crackers, chips, and chocolates are usually brand specific in taste (though don’t assume you prefer the name brand, you may prefer the generic!) so they’re not fungible. I’d rather skip the calories than have generic cheeseits or Doritos.
I think the appropriate accountability here would be to for those administrators to have to enroll their children in public school. If they think that’s a problem it’s up to them to make the schools better. The administrators obviously think public school students don’t need extra access to culture or expensive things, they’re doing just fine.
