We have a disk failure on our main file server, and for the last month we have been trying our best to get the disk replaced. The main file server is located in a country torn by conflict and war. The data centre where our main file server is located has also been partially damaged which has taken our Internet connection offline. Thankfully the staff operating the data centre are all safe. However, the engineers maintaining the hardware for the data centre have not been able to safely access the site for the last month. While we understand this may be frustrating for our users we need to be mindful that there are more important things in life than zeros and ones. We are a free cloud storage provider and have never asked our users to contribute in order to keep our operations running. We thank you for your continued patience, and if are unable to access a file again then please pause for a moment, and remember to be grateful that you are alive. If there are any further developments we will share this with you.
Regards,
Team Ops
dbree takes forever, but from what I understand, everything new will download. It’s just anything older than few months that won’t. This might help in the process:

This is the dbree downloader, from a few years ago. It’s defunct, but it works. Or… it did. I haven’t tried it recently.
