It seems to me to be a massive ad $ play. The place is flooded with brands and celebrities. Plus, Adam Mosseri stated that Threads isn’t trying for hard news or anything “angry.” It’s just a soft, bland spot to soak up more $$$

Check out Inoreader (plus Reeder (iOS) for an A+ phone/mac/iPad experience). I’ve found Inoreader to be by far the best RSS reader, and I’ve been using it for years now. It’s UI is very slick and unassuming, but has a ridiculous number of settings and preferences if you really want to dial in your experience
The Room games are great puzzle/escape room type things where you use the screen to rotate items, flip switches, drag things, etc; it’s very tactile and clearly built for a touch screen. Each one takes about 2-4 hours.
Saw the 2D perspective and was worried that this would be like New Super Mario Bros. (just okay imo), but there are actually some new mechanics in this thing! looks fun. and cute. can’t forget the cute.
Remap is what Waypoint turned into. Waypoint was a video game vertical/section through Vice Media. It was Patrick Klepek, Rob Zacny, Ricardo Contreras, Renata Price, and Austin Walker at one point. Klepek, Zacny, & Contreras started Remap to carry on their brand of video game analysis (very thoughtful, far-left leaning, and often times focusing on smaller and older games).
