It’s not the numbers but the content, if they are good natured and have knowledge or entertainment to give the numbers will follow BUT people will also watch a dumpster fire. People with high numbers but lack the rest are not influencers. IMHO, People that go around saying they are “influencers” usually are not and are just bullies trying to throw around weight they don’t have to get free stuff or cause harm.
It looks like 440 grade stainless and is non-magnetic. It tried with a very strong Neodymium magnet. Also most mash tuns i’ve seen are either made from a cooler, copper or stainless pot and stirred with a motor in the lid, if they are stirred at all, usually just the sparging arm rotates. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one with a magnetic stirrer not even sure how that would work through the grains.
It was a used Keezer I picked up from Craig’s list, I took my time disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling / rewiring so now the seller is no longer contactable to ask.

The handles are threaded and these are not.
The groove defiantly looks like a detent, the kegs do have a lever that lifts to open them but there is no hole for this to fit.

Nope, solid. The angle is about 25° and is the same on both sides. I have four of them all identical. The Keezer is a 4 keg system but nothing I can find shows these as a part for the kegs, regulators, beer faucets, etc.
That just looks like discoloration that sheet metal gets with repeated heating. I would investigate the controls, there are contacts that open/close as a bimetallic strip heats up and cools off (basic thermostat). if the contact are arcing or stuck it could over heat, also since you said smoke was coming from the knob. . .
Depends on the lock being actuated and the torque of the servo, I have some that can do 4.4 N-m.

There are no “real” alternative OS available for apple devices. You can get some IDE “lite” apps like Visual Code, Python Editor, etc. but these a meant as companions to a PC IDE not meant for compiling, linking, testing, etc. You might be able to trade the old iPad for an old laptop you can put a flavor of Linux on.

When you flushed and replaced the coolant did you draw the lines down with a vacuum pump before filling with new oil/coolent? If it got moisture in the line it might have caused junk to form in the metering tubes? You can use an inspection camera to see if there is frost covering and blocking the airflow through the evap coil
Also as @jk43 said check the schematic and see it there is a high temp thermostat on the compressor, might just be a bad thermal switch or something wrong with the compressor
