This is one of the many breakfasts from my hometown - basically, it’s a mixture of teo dishes - Kadle Upkari and Masala Bajeel. Just substitute cow’s ghee with unsalted vegan butter, ghee or simply coconut oil (we use coconut oil, btw). It’s not super spicy btw - think of it as lightly spiced as masala oats.
