I’m sorry, why do you think SCOTUS has become so politicized? Could it be because the GOP stole 2 seats and have made a series absurd rulings because of the 6 conservative justices’ clear political leanings?
Then I don’t see the issue here. They turned it into a circus, so yeah, people are gonna come after them when they show clear political bias. Because we don’t trust them to keep their personal opinions out of it.
