    That’s not true. Generally constitutional amendments require a super majority to avoid vetos. But whatever it’s called, (ballot measure or amendment, it’s been nearly a decade so my memory is hazy), it happened. Jeb Bush killed the monorail high speed rail project got no funding and died after being voted in.

    Florida voters know that their vote does not count.

      There was no veto. Jeb pushed another referendum to overturn the first. All driven by voters. The governor cannot kill an amendment.
