The web is fucked and there’s nothing we can do about it. Kev Quirk looks back fondly at Web 1.0.
It’s supposed to be incompatible, though. Gems are effectively scripting and tracker proof HTML. It cripples what took Web 1.0 away from us.
For text things Gemini is cool and I am using it.
