The highlight of the flip is that you can’t sell it.
I am pretty handy and would be willing to repaint the cabinets, but the floor is the deal breaker.

That looks like an epoxy pour, that is some serious labor to unfuck.
If only the marble floor would have purple mix, and the rest a different nice colour, it would actually be based. The purple-white floor is amazing.
Re-painting the cabinets is a lot easier than removing a marble floor.
Which is what I am recommending. The cupboards look really gloomy and tacky.
There is absolutely a market out there for someone who would love this. Not the same market as someone who could get a loan though. Good luck on the re remodel.
