The Russian government is doing some fucked up stuff, and their armed forces are being told to fight while crippled by rife petty corruption, but saying that Russians are genetically stupid/incompetent demonstrates a dangerous dehumanising attitude and a profound ignorance of Russia’s historical contributions to art, science and culture since these things began to exist.
