You make it sound like thats unique to the US and a foreign concept to the rest of the world.

Freedom of speech doesn’t mean you won’t face consequences of what you say.

So free speech that is constitutionally protected is a sign of an underdeveloped nation? Weird viewpoint but ok you do you.

The US is the only country with a flag on the moon, from where I live I can watch weekly launches into space. Europe depends upon us for manned launches. Our military is also more advanced than any other nation and is globally dominant which reinforces our hegemony.

We are one of the largest energy exporters (which hopefully Biden will curb, I don’t want the US exporting so much Natural Gas and oil that it drives up our ultra low domestic prices and exposes us to higher over seas rates. Preventing further global warming is a good bonus).

Did I mention that our economy is larger and is growing faster than the EU? Nearly forgot that one… https://statisticstimes.com/economy/united-states-vs-eu-economy.php

Seems like we have a few things going for us.

The irony of you tooting about 1A, celebrating your “right” to free speech, based on your ability to post something in a forum where 1A doesn’t apply.

            It’s delicious.
