Since Lemmy doesn’t seem to have a way to report an account directly, how would we report someone based off their bio (or their banner/pfp)? If the answer is “report one of their posts and mention their bio”, what would we do if they haven’t posted anything? Additionally, would anything be different as a moderator (e.g. if I’ve already banned them from the community)?

I’d suggest contacting myself or @Burger@burggit.moe. Since, like you mention, there’s not really an efficient built-in way to handle these sorts of things.
