What job do you do? 8pm start on a Sunday sounds rough. :/
I failed Wordle this morning, so not off to a great start.
But then I saw the Franks off at the battle of the Volturnus on my phone, so that helped.
Otherwise, a few chores, topped up the bird feeder, planned a few outings and trips to the cinema, and have settled in to read for a while.
It turns out, in The Romance of the Three Kindoms, that Cao Cao, for all his opposition to the traitor Dong Zhuo, is not an honourable man.

You know what I like about Lemmy? The excellent stalking potential. Pray let me explain. I recently discovered Emperor, a geologist who had a wealth of interesting links in their bio to sites I’d never seen like Bookwyrm and Pixelfed. They also like Blue John rocks and have been to Blue John cavern which is near where I was born!
Then there’s you who happens to be a Firefox addon dev (I’ve done addons many years ago!). I’ve installed your addon and will give it a go then report back.
Maybe I should get back into addon development? I’ve not done any coding since my burn out about 2yrs ago so it could be a good way to ease back into it.
I find reading peoples bios and linked profiles endlessly fascinating. For example: An atheist satanist waxing lyrical poems? Quite cool.
Personally, I’m far too reserved and private to go linking all my online profiles. I have different usernames on every site so apologies if all you discover about me is I like cashew nuts.
And here’s me not yet imported all my stuff from other social media.

I also have a small branch of my family that goes back to Derbyshire (I just don’t think the Blue John I have comes from there) and it’s also where one of my most distant DNA matches comes from that I can match in the paper trail too.

I believe that genuine Blue John only comes from Castleton in Derbyshire.Although there are similar minerals elsewhere, my understanding is that it is unique to the area.
To be honest, the add-on was only done to address a particular issue which most apps (I believe) now offer. It’s pretty limited.

Nah - am currently planning out a fedi desktop application - y’know post to threadiverse/masto/pixelfed/whatever from one place.
And a GNOME extension for Community mods.
