The Michigan Supreme Court has rejected an attempt to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot based on the US Constitution’s “insurrectionist ban.”
The way the laws are structured officials can’t regulate primary candidates. Its possible he could be removed for the official election, but I am not holding my breath.
