It a project that's unique to Alberta and an area some meteorologists refer to as 'hail alley'.

I knew they did some form of hail suppression, but didn’t know the exact way they did it. Would be a pretty crazy job to have.

    I think the silver iodide they use on these planes has been shown to be effective
