      It’s a play on Richard Branson’s (Virgin CEO) quote:

      If you want to be a Millionaire, start with a billion dollars and launch a new airline.

        Typical billionaire; he stole the line from, I think, auto racing. It dates at least from the 60s, and probably as old a j/k as the godamn Phonecians: “To make a small fortune in auto racing, start with a large one.” Something to that effect.

        Not implying that the Phonecians were into auto racing. It is possible that they did not even have automobiles, but what do I know. And I have nothing against the phonecians, other than they invented spreadsheets.
