Since I’m still new to the job, like 50%+ of my time is on professional development. :) At the moment this is mostly self-paced learning via various online websites, but the boss is also keen on getting me onto some proper paid courses - but they cost like over $5k a pop, so I’m not sure how many of them I can do (as it’ll need to be approved by the big boss and they’re planing to get others in the team to do these courses as well so we’re talking about a lot of money here).
