    So why did none of the stored prisoners suffer any radiation damage? They were just lead out in the open there and some of them were kept there a long time.

    Aside from that the rest of it was just bad.

      When Gravik took the pills from “Fury” he wanted Fury dead. Skrulls have alien tech, they want to cure radiation poisoning they can probably do so. They obviously know iodine pills take the edge off.

        Iodine pills are not a magic cure. Its just the only thing there is to offset some effects.
