Google Maps seems to point to these GPS coordinates 31.5770123,34.5328825 The Al-Ahli Arab Hospital is located at these coordinates if Wikipedia is accurate 31.5049, 34.4615 Green pin would be the nursery, red pin would be the Hospital Sadly no Google Street View in the area to capture a similar view to the video footage.
