Seems to translate to Ben Ben Nursery according to Google Lens, so it’s likely a security cam footage of that location.

Google Maps seems to point to these GPS coordinates

The Al-Ahli Arab Hospital is located at these coordinates if Wikipedia is accurate

31.5049, 34.4615

Green pin would be the nursery, red pin would be the Hospital

Sadly no Google Street View in the area to capture a similar view to the video footage.
