Let’s take a section of uninhabitable desert, use the vast technical wealth of the world, to create desalinization irrigation, make one land for one religious group, one land for the other religious group. And then make the contested territory totally uninhabitable for either group.

It’s the perfect compromise, nobody’s happy, nobody gets what they want, now they have nothing to fight over anymore.
