I recently decided to get a Series X. The only version of available in my local stores was the Diablo version, hence why I have Diablo in my library. What am I missing? It feels like a carpal tunnel syndrome simulator… You just keep mashing the same one or two buttons over and over and over?

I’m not seeing why it has this hype…

FOMO usually just demotivates me. I got Final Fantasy XV when it first released and didn’t even touch their carnival events. They never rereleased them either.

My brother-in-law nailed it: watching people play D4 just makes me want to go back to playing Path Of Exile, and that’s not necessarily a good thing.

Path of exile scratches that diablo itch for me. It’s a game where I have fun smashing shit for like 3-6 weeks and then I leave it for 3-4 years before I get that itch again. It’s the perfect gaming relationship.

I would probably be a lot more into PoE if I understood how to use trade bots. I was big into trade merchanting for a while, but only far enough to do it manually, which was fun but tedious.

At least Path of Exile doesn’t have the audacity to make you buy a 60$ game before shoving 24$ microtransactions in your face.
      … still scummy tho

Worst Diablo campaign in existence because they had to make room for the seasonal bullshit. My friends made it sound like I’d be able to play with them quickly. That was a lie.
