Ah, okay. So just take all funds and send them back to myself to have a single output and then reset my sync height right?

if you do “send all/max” you consolidate all your outputs in to 1- which means every time you spend from it your entire balance will be locked for 10 blocks
Yeah, unless you consolidate them in order to only sync from current height, and then when they unlock later use that single output to send yourself back multiple outputs. As an example you take a single output of 1xmr and split it into 10 outputs of 0.1xmr per output.
