I think this one has to do with Homer changing his name because a TV show starts showing a cop with his name that’s portrayed as very dumb. Someone else got the name earlier!

Homer changes his name to Max Power?
That is what I thought as well. Homer gets a prescription for some hair growth tonic (minoxidil?).
