The only defense of this that I’ve seen from pro-Ukies is that Russia has allegedly used cluster bombs so that makes it okay. This war is a joke and I don’t care anymore. Literally a contest to see who can break out the nukes first.

Pretty sure they are used by both sides, yeah. Ukraine, it’s owners and Russia never signed the treaties concerning those. The difference is that bandera-marines prefer using those for things that spread democracy and peace. You know, targeting population centers, scattering anti-infantry mines over Donetsk, that kind of thing…
Iirc there were reports of cluster mines being showered over Donetsk even before the 2022
