I’m a citizen and was planing to go to china for work to visit our office there. I have no concerns about China but I have major concerns about coming back to the US from china and being investigated be border “security” about why I was in china. This is insane.
It is likely you are mistaken. These border agents will have to attend court given the details of this altercation.
