Congrats everyone, you made over 100 posts in the last 24 hours!
When using “Active” sorting, it’s 9 pages!
Pretty soon I’ll start having to use Subscribed instead of Local 🤭

I will dig my claws into local and use it for as long as I possibly can. Mainly because I’m too lazy to actually update my subscribed communities. xD
This is probably the wrong way to do things, but I use Local and then block communities less aligned with the fap I’m into. That way if a new community is created I see it.
It makes me wish there was a softer form of blocking. A sort of “all veto” that doesn’t actually block everything from a community, but just stops it from showing up in “all”. There are communities that I’d rather not see in all, but might occasionally want to go to to check out, but blocking a community completely removes everything so the community’s just empty.
That’s probably closer to what i’d do. I feel weird blocking communities as an admin. Not because I have an issue blocking the communities, but because I have an irrational fear that the block button will actually remove the community if I click on it. xD Even though there’s an entirely separate button for that.
I felt a little weird blocking them too, because I was afraid it would somehow show up on some list or report (that probably doesn’t even exist) of communities that were blocked too much or whatever. Basically I was afraid I’d be sending some negative message about the community when all I really intended was “mute”.
You’re gonna need alts.
Ya, this is probably the middle path
